Established in1987, Zhejiang Huaye Plastic Machinery Co. Ltd is a private-own high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sale of plastic machinery. Registered capital being RMB 208 million, Huaye is one of the biggest producers of screws, barrels and cylinders in mainland China, boasting an annual capacity of 50,000 sets. Huaye owns its own brand “Huaye”, and its quality products have penetrated into as far as India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, EU and Mid East. Maintaining stable cooperative relationship with many other plastic manufactures, Huaye has been recognized as the first choice of the customers in the industry.。

Among Huaye’s 700 employees, 120 are technicians and the Company occupies an area of 36000 m2 with the fixed asset of RMB 109 million yuan. Huaye owns over 600 sets of machinery, such as Weingartner Rotomill Digital-Controlled Whirling & Milling Machine and Digital-Controlled Polishing Machine from Austria, Composite Machining Center from Mazak, Japan, Plasma Welding Machine from Germany, CNC Screw Milling Machine, 10-meter Deep Hole Drilling and Boring Machine, CNC Vertical Honing Machine, Machine Tool, Cylindrical Grinding Machine. Besides, Huaye also boasts a far-distance monitoring system supervising its Metal Processing Furnace, Nitrogen Furnace, Multi-function Constant Temperature Quenching Furnace imported from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Huaye also owns Brinell Rockwell & Vickers Hardness Tester, Portable Vickers Hardness Tester, Nitriding Depth and Character Tester which can fulfill metallographic test and other tests of hardness, torque, tension, straightness and roughness.

Zhejiang Screw and Barrel Quality Supervision Center is set in Huaye.

Huaye is the very first one who met with the standards of ISO9002 in 1999 and passed the re-examination in 2002. The strict quality management adopted by Huaye enables the Company to provide high quality products for its customers.
